ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) – The Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York will host its annual Epilepsy Golf Tournament on Monday, Oct. 3 at Wolferts Roost Country Club to raise funds and awareness. to epilepsy. The tournament will start at 10:30 a.m. and last until 5:00 p.m. All funds raised will be used to support programs and services that The Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York provides free to approximately 45,000 people with epilepsy and their families who live in their 22-county service area.
The tournament will also feature several events such as a chance to win $5,000 putting challenge, hole-in-one prizes courtesy of DePaula Auto Group and Northway 8 Golf, and the 19th hole celebration to be held immediately after the golf to award prizes to the best foursomes. and the winners of the hole contest! Non-golf tournament events include the Poker Challenge for a chance to win a foursome at Wolferts Roost Country Club.
